- We will follow up with you about your submission by email. When creating your Submittable account, please input the preferred recipient's email address for communication regarding your application. Please also be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the primary email account regularly.

Application Guidelines:
- Our Family Giving Grants Program is meant to fulfill the passions of our family members. It is meant to act as a philanthropic driver for family member and next generation involvement while simultaneously passing on our family legacy, values, and the giving spirit of our founder. Most importantly, it provides the space and process for family members to explore the world of giving back.
- To be eligible for this grant opportunity, all organizations must have received a family grant award notification by email or mail. If you have not received a notification from our Foundation to complete this application, you are not eligible to apply.
- Applications must be submitted by no later than December 31, 2024. Please direct any questions or concerns to Katy Rees.
This is the report form for all Moniker Foundation Scholarship Program partners. Please complete and submit this report for the fall semester by April 30, 2024. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to your respective regional staff person.
Application Guidelines:
- The application cycle will be open April 1 through April 30, 2024. Please read through this application in its entirety before beginning to avoid redundancies and to ensure all information is available to make a strong case for support. We recommend you review the Southwest Region webpage for more information specific to this funding cycle, including the major updates for the 2024 program year. Please direct any questions or concerns to Drew Rees.
- There will be two Pitch Days for the 2024 Southwest funding cycle, which will be conducted in person in Durango. If your organization is invited to present, you will be provided with a 30-minute timeslot on either Thursday, June 6, or Friday, June 7. For now, please block off your calendar from 9:00am to 12:30pm on these days. Pitch Day details, location, and assigned timeslots will be provided in an email to the 12 invitees by no later than Wednesday, May 22. We will try to accommodate schedules as much as is reasonable, but please try to avoid conflicts when possible.
- Requests may be made for all of the major support types this year, including: general operating support, program support, project support, capacity and technical support, and capital support. Please specify the support type you are requesting in the "Grant Request Summary" section, which will act as a brief executive summary of the application.
