Site User Basics:
- You will need to create a free Submittable account, or sign in with Google or Facebook credentials in order to submit an application.
- You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date.
- If you need to make changes to your application please withdraw your submission and resubmit.
- If anything changes with the information you submitted, please request to edit the submission.
- Our platform works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported. Please make sure that you are using a supported browser, and that the files are valid file types. You can find the acceptable file types under the "Choose File" button on the application.
- We will follow up with you about your submission by email. When creating your Submittable account, please input the preferred recipient's email address for communication regarding your application. Please also be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the primary email account regularly.

Application Guidelines:
- The application cycle will be open January 13, 2025 through February 14, 2025. Please read through this application in its entirety before beginning. We recommend you review the Pikes Peak Region webpage for more information specific to this funding cycle. Please direct any questions or concerns to Katy Rees.
- There will be two Pitch Days for the 2025 Pikes Peak Region funding cycle, which will be conducted in person in at our office (1308 W. Colorado Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80904). If your organization is invited to present, you will be provided with a 30 minute time-slot on either April 9 or April 10. For now, please block off your calendar from 9:00am to 12:30pm on these days. Pitch Day details and assigned time slots will be provided in an email to the 12 invitees by no later than March 14. We will try to accommodate schedules as much as is reasonable, but please try to avoid conflicts when possible.
- Requests may be made for all of the major support types this year, including: general operating support, program support, project support, capacity and technical support, and capital support. Please specify the support type you are requesting in the "Grant Request Summary" section.
